Terms of use
Last updated 21 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and ThunderEcho Labs, the small software studio in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that makes Pallo. By using Pallo you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
Your account
You need an account to use Pallo, and you must be at least 13. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You can delete it at any time from Profile, Help & about.
Your trips stay yours
You own what you put in Pallo. You let us store it, show it to you and to the people you share it with, and send it to the companies that help run Pallo, only so Pallo can work.
Please don't
- Break the law with Pallo, or use it to harass anyone.
- Try to get into other people's trips or accounts, or into our servers.
- Copy Pallo's place data in bulk, or use bots to overload it.
If you do, we may close your account.
Plans, alerts and suggestions are help, not promises
Opening hours, travel times, flight times, weather, emergencies and Ask Pallo's suggestions come from other services and can be late, incomplete or wrong. An alert may not arrive, for example when your phone is offline. Always check with the airline, the place or local authorities before you rely on something, and follow official advice in an emergency.
Pro
Pro adds features to Pallo for a fee, shown in the app before you buy. Apple or Google take the payment, and their rules cover renewals, cancellations and refunds. A subscription renews until you cancel it in your phone's subscription settings.
Other apps and websites
Pallo links to maps, ride, transit and booking apps run by others. Their own terms apply there, and we're not responsible for them.
Changes and ending
Pallo will change over time, and we may add or remove features. We'll tell you in the app before a change to these terms that matters. If we ever shut Pallo down, we'll give you at least 30 days to get a copy of your trips.
Limits
Pallo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for missed flights, bookings or plans, or for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada.
