Delete your Pallo account

It's quick, and it can't be undone.

In the app

1. Open Pallo and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Help & about.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

Your account is erased right away and Pallo goes back to the sign-in screen.

What gets erased

• Your profile, name and profile photo.
• Every trip you made, with its days, stops and notes. These also disappear for the people you shared them with.
• Your alerts, alert settings and the phones registered for them.
• Your Ask Pallo chats.

Trips other people shared with you stay with them; you're simply no longer on them. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days. If you pay for Pro, cancel the subscription in your phone's subscription settings too, since deleting the account doesn't stop Apple or Google from charging.

Can't sign in?

Email help@getpallo.app from the address you use for Pallo, with the subject "Delete my Pallo account". We'll confirm it's you, delete the account within 7 days and write back when it's done.
