Getting started
How do I plan a trip?
On the Trips tab, tap New trip and give it a name and dates. Open a day and add stops: search for a place, then pick a time. Pallo fills in the address, hours and how to get there from the stop before.
Does Pallo work without a signal?
Yes. Your trips are saved on your phone, and changes you make offline go through by themselves when you're back online. Place search, travel times and alerts need a connection.
How do I change Pallo's language?
Pallo uses your phone's language. On iPhone, open Settings, then Apps, then Pallo, then Language. Pallo speaks English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French and Spanish.
Sharing a trip
How do I invite someone?
Open the trip and tap Share. Choose whether they can only see the plan or help change it, then send the invite. It carries a 6-letter code.
I got an invite code. Where do I type it?
Install Pallo and sign in. On the Trips tab, tap Join a trip and enter the code. Codes last 14 days, so ask for a new one if yours has run out.
Alerts
I'm not getting alerts.
Check that notifications for Pallo are on in your phone's settings, that alerts are on in Pallo's Profile tab, and that the trip's own alert switch is on. During your quiet hours Pallo holds everything except cancellations, diversions and emergencies until the morning.
What does Pallo alert me about?
Flight delays, gate changes, cancellations and diversions, places that are closed when you planned to be there, bad weather on outdoor stops, nearby emergencies such as earthquakes and weather warnings, and when it's time to leave for your next stop.
Your account
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password. We'll email you a 6-digit code to set a new one. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
In Pallo, open Profile, then Help & about, then Delete account. See Delete your account for what gets erased and what to do if you can't sign in.
